At Alchemilla Artifacts, every garment is handcrafted in exceptionally small batches using natural fibres and artisanal production methods. Each piece is individually made, embracing the subtle variations that naturally arise through the handmade process. No two garments are exactly alike, and these differences are considered part of the character of each artifact.

Because of the limited nature of our production, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference regarding fit, silhouette, drape, colour, or texture
• Natural variations in fabric, print placement, stitching, or finish
• Minor irregularities inherent to handcrafted production

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, garment measurements, and care information before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, construction, or materials, we are always happy to assist prior to purchase.

Handmade Character

Alchemilla Artifacts works exclusively with natural materials and handcrafted production methods. Variations in texture, colour, weave, print placement, stitching, and finishing details are not considered defects. Rather, they reflect the individuality of each garment and the nature of artisan craftsmanship.

Like the artworks and artifacts that inspire our museum, each piece is intended to age with its wearer. Creasing, softening, fading, and the subtle patina that develops through time and use are embraced as part of the garment's continuing story.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs substantially from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alchemilla-artifacts.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the garment and the area of concern

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Where a major construction defect or fulfilment error has occurred, we may repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Shipping

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for understanding any duties, taxes, or import regulations applicable in their destination country.

For orders shipped to the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer return rights, applicable local consumer protection laws will apply where required.

Policy Updates

Alchemilla Artifacts reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
